3D CORE: Calisthenics meets mind body. Core conditioning exercises plus the mindfulness and breath of a yoga/Pilates practice for a class that will increase strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. A total body workout utilizing a wide range of resistance equipment including medicine and fit balls, free weights and own-body weight.
EXPRESS ABS & GLUTES: Short on time? You can still take this 30-minute class! Specific workouts targeted to challenge and strengthen abs, legs and glutes. Take on its own or combined with your own cardio workout.
CARDIO KICKBOXING: Learn how to perform fluid combinations of kicks and strikes for a fun cardio workout that will challenge balance, power and stamina.
PILATES: This class will work on strengthening your core, improving balance, increasing coordination and decreasing stress. The exercises are safe, low impact and appropriate for anyone.
SPINNING ®: This indoor cycling class is for all fitness levels from novice to experienced. Great music, energy and motivation will help you take your cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, power and speed to the next level!
TRIPLE THREAT: Equal parts cardio, strength training and yoga make for a total mind/body experience that will challenge your body and renew your spirit. Class will begin with cardio (expect the format to vary with class or instructor), continue with strength training and conditioning using a variety of equipment, and end with a yoga practice that will incorporate poses to build strength, flexibility and balance.
YOGA: We offer many styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Restorative, Yoga Sculpt (a challenging Vinyasa practice that incorporates weights and conditioning) and Prenatal Yoga. Bring your mat and find the strength, flexibility and balance in mind and body that a yoga practice has to offer.
ZUMBA ®: There’s a reason Zumba has become one of the hottest trends in fitness. This fun, energetic workout combines Latin rhythms and dance with easy-to-follow fitness moves.
