Stacey Stark has been with Fitness Crossroad since 2005. She heads up our training department as lead trainer and also teaches group fitness. Stacey has her B.A.S. degree in Kinesiology with a minor in coaching from the University of Minnesota. She will be completing her Masters in Occupational Therapy through the University of Minnesota in June of 2012. Her certifications include NETA Group Exercise, Madd Dogg Spinning and TRX. Her professional interests include add stroke rehabilitation, prenatal/postpartum exercise, weight loss, functional training, special populations (MS, Parkinson’s), children’s fitness, group PT and sport-specific training. Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son Dusty who always can bring a smile to her face. Stacey is passionate about helping people reach their goals and enjoy life to the best of their abilities through exercise.
