After years of riding my bicycle inside on a trainer alone during the winter season to ward of winter weight gain, I decided to try a Spinning class at Fitness Crossroad in 2012. I was instantly impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and sense of community and have been a member of Fitness Crossroad ever since. In March of 2016 I received my Spinning Instructor Certification from Mad Dogg Athletics and was honored to become an instructor at Fitness Crossroad. I am a strong believer in both the mental and physical benefits of bicycling and Spinning and it is my goal to help others receive these benefits. As an Instructor, it is important to me that I continue the Fitness Crossroad tradition of being welcoming to all and helping you feel comfortable and confident in class, but also challenged and motivated. My Spinning classes are a journey, based on actual rides I do on my bicycle outside, or professional cycling races I enjoy watching. The great thing about Spinning is it is just like riding a bike...and we can all do it together to our best abilities.
