Lauren Kvasnicka has been a part of Fitness Crossroad in many capacities: childcare, member services and group fitness.
A life-long athlete, Lauren had two torn ACLs and two reconstruction surgeries. She turned to biking and Spin classes as a low-impact alternative. Currently, Lauren is on the schedule as a Spinning instructor but loves all variations of group fitness; from strength training to senior fitness, which is why you will see her as a sub for many of our classes. Her certifications included Madd Dogg Spinning and NETA group exercise. After just one class you will see that Lauren lives through her fitness motto, "Work hard and have fun!"
Lauren’s professional interests include nutrition, vegetarian diets, sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, and obesity prevention. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Health at the University of Minnesota. Besides always having her head in the books, Lauren enjoys live music, being outdoors, and snuggling with her cat, Diego
