A group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Kelsey is such an intergal part of the Fitness Crossroad team. Movement has always been an important part of her life. She began dancing at age five and joined her high school dance team and competitive cheerleading squad. She took several dance classes in college and a couple years after graduation began instructing group fitness classes. Her passion to be active and inspire others led her to complete her personal training certification through NPTI in 2010. Kelsey also holds certifications with TRX, Zumba and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Kelsey believes wellness comes from clean eating, cardiovascular and strength training, stretching and relaxation. She also believes it's necessary to step outside your comfort zone to find out what you're truly made of; and what inspires you. She strives to be the best version of herself and wants to inspire others to do the same. An animal and environmental advocate, Kelsey loves to travel and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, dog and two cats.
