Jordan has been a personal trainer since 2013, but regular strength and conditioning training has been a part of his life for 15 years. An NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Jordan's professional interests include strength and conditioning, kettlebell, TRX, heavy ropes, weight loss, balance and flexibility, cardiovascular training, metabolic testing and senior strength training. With degrees in both communications and psychology, he is also a certified nutrition specialist and working towards a license in drug and alcohol counseling.
Jordan says, "Health and fitness have always been a passion of mine, and getting to train others to reach their goals is a wonderful experience. I believe that anyone can change their lives, it just takes willingness and determination!"
When not training clients or working out, Jordan enjoys reading, watching movies, playing the drums, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
