Jennifer has been with Fitness Crossroad since before the club opened for business in 2001. She walked through the space when it was bare bones empty – dreaming and believing that what was about to take shape would be good, through and through. It was, and still is. She helped open the club by putting the together the group fitness program, and stayed on as Group Fitness Coordinator for the first ten years of business. She has hired, mentored, and trained many of the club’s instructors and has successfully launched its yoga, spinning and barre programs. Most importantly, Jennifer calls Fitness Crossroad her “home club.” After twelve full years of business, she takes great pride in that. Jennifer has been in the fitness industry since 1990. An ACE-certified group fitness instructor, she has taught and been certified in almost every fitness trend that has come, gone and stayed! Step,Spinning, Aqua Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Dance, Sculpt, Slide, and most recently the popular Barre class format, Jennifer has experience in them all! In addition, she is an E-RYT 500-hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, and recently compeleted a 40-hour teacher training in Therapeutic Yoga. Jennifer considers becoming a yoga teacher the best thing she has done in her professional career. She passionately believes that yoga is a gift to all people, for all people, and believes in its ability to heal the body and quiet the mind. Every day, Jennifer looks forward to sharing the gift of health and wellness with her friends and clients. She hopes to inspire them to become their own best caregivers, and to live healthier, happier, more balanced lives.
