Yoga was introduced to Bryan at Fitness Crossroad over ten years ago. It took a single group fitness class on a Saturday morning to spark his interest in yoga.
What began as a weekly asana practice branched into a daily practice of yoga both on and off the mat. The journey of discovery and knowledge regarding the many limbs of yoga and its rich history and ability for transformation has become an integral part of life for Bryan.
Initially trained through YogaFit workshops, he has received a wealth of knowledge by participating in many classes, workshops, and retreats from numerous local and international instructors. Most of his experience is founded and focused on Ashtanga, (eight-limbed), yoga; a style rooted in the original Yoga Sutras from Pantanjali, and carried forward by a lineage of practitioners and instructors.
Bryan enjoys sharing the joy and inner peace yoga can bring to all who chose to practice, whether through subbing a class for another FC instructor, or his own classes. “Practice and all is coming” – Sri K. Pattabhi Jois
