Ann has always been committed to living a healthy, active lifestyle. A member of the ALARC running group for 16 years, Ann has completed 15 marathons and many other races too numerous to count. After over two decades of running, she switched to lower-impact activities. She became a regular in many of our Spin classes, and started teaching classes in 2011. Ann is a Level-2 Madd Dogg Certified Instructor and loves teaching Spin! Ann also has a passion for teaching active older adults. She believes "motion is lotion," and that you are never too old to increase your strength and flexibility. Ann holds certifications as a NETA Group Exercise Instructor, an Active Older Adult Instructor through Healthways and as a Senior Fitness Specialist certification through Exercise Etc.
